Hi, fellow bookworms!

My name's Jordan and I started Page After Page as a place to share my love for everything

bookish. I wanted this to be an outlet where I could write about books and literature, sharing my passion for the written word in its many forms.

As is the case with most booklovers, my bibliophilia has its roots in early childhood, specifically starting with a small local library and a covetous relationship with my mother's library card. This didn't vanish until I applied for my own some five or six years later. From that point on, I was very rarely seen without a book and earned a reputation in my family. Most special occasions were denoted by my father wryly shaking his head and demanding I get my nose out of my book whilst we had company visiting. This continued into my teenage years and beyond. What can I say? I'm nothing if not persistent.

Since then, I might have learned that pulling a book out in the middle of a family dinner is not considered appropriate etiquette, but my bookish fervour has never waned. Even better, I now have a regular income to fund my book-bosomed tendencies. The final thing to top it off was the idea of a corner of the internet where I could indulge my love of books and writing equally. Hence, Page After Page was born.
